As a programmer myself, the mere concept of that happening is so fucking funny to me, it's hard to explain just how wrong people are about how ANY of this shit actually works. You fundamentally cannot willy nilly swap developers between apps like GOG Galaxy and a game like Cyberpunk without literally creating MORE work for yourself - and not just a bit more work, far more work. The "prevailing theory" is absolute nonsense to anyone who knows anything about programming.
